1. About Nu-Mix

Nu-Mix (nu-mix.com) is a learning curation service for career-driven adults. We do not create courses. We curate short learning paths from reputable third-party platforms and help individuals identify what to learn, where to learn it, and how — based on their goals and learning style.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nu-Mix services. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Services

Nu-Mix offers curated learning path sprints, a learning style quiz, free resources, and group learning sessions. Specific offerings, pricing, and availability are described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize Nu-Mix to charge the payment method provided.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds are granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed after a learning path has been delivered or accessed.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Nu-Mix curates resources from third-party learning platforms (such as Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and others). We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or policies of those platforms. Accessing third-party content may require separate accounts or fees on those platforms.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Nu-Mix provides curated guidance to support your learning. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, income results, job placement, or skill acquisition. Results depend on your individual effort and circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All Nu-Mix content — including learning paths, quiz tools, written materials, and branding — is owned by Nu-Mix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use Nu-Mix services only for lawful purposes. You may not share your account access with others, misrepresent your identity, or use our platform in any way that disrupts other users or the integrity of our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nu-Mix services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nu-Mix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct we deem harmful to other users or to Nu-Mix.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Nu-Mix after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
